    Common Name: Electric Yellow Cichlid, Lemon Drop Cichlid, Yellow Lab

    Fish Family:Cichlidae

    Scientific Name:Labidochromis caeruleus

    Fish Size: The Yellow Lab are from 3 to 4inches long

    Tank Region: My electric yellows will swim around the bottom but are known to swim around everywhere in the tank.

    Tank Hardness: The hardness of the water should be 10-20 dGH

    pH: The pH should be from 7.2-8.7

    Temperature:75-79 ° F

    Breeding Method: The electric yellow is a mouthbrooder cichlid

    Sexual Differences: During mating time the males will be brighter in color and have deeper colors on there black parts

    As 2010 strikes all the remaining time zones of the world, I just wanted to say that I really hope everyone has a wonderful 2010, and I hope that 2010 will be the best year you have ever had rewarding you in many ways. 2009 was a different experience for everyone, bad memories, good memories, may lurk in the year 2009, but 2009 is over now and you can start fresh.
